Abstract

Una método de control de forma de plancha de acero mediante el cual (A) una forma corregida objetivo de una plancha de acero en una posición de electroimán se establece en una forma curvada por medio de un primer análisis numérico, (B) una forma de plancha de acero se mide con la plancha de acero alimentada mientras se corrige electromagnéticamente de manera que la plancha de acero toma la forma corregida objetivo en una posición de electroimán, (C) una forma de plancha de acero en una posición de tobera se calcula en función de la forma de plancha de acero, (D) si la cantidad de ondulación de la plancha de acero en la posición de tobera es igual a o mayor que un primer valor de límite superior, la forma corregida objetivo se restablece en una forma curvadas con una cantidad menor de ondulación, y las etapas (3) y (C) se repiten, (E) si la cantidad de ondulación de la plancha de acero en la posición de tobera es menor que el valor límite superior, (F) la vibración de la plancha de acero en la posición de tobera se calcula por medio del segundo análisis numérico, y (G) si la amplitud de la vibración es igual a o mayor que un segundo valor de límite superior, se ajusta una ganancia de control de los electroimanes hasta que la amplitud se vuelva menor que el segundo valor de límite superior.
