Abstract
Un método para formar una muesca en un elemento de tubería mediante formación por barreno en donde el elemento de tubería está comprimido entre un mandrinadora que gira en una órbita excéntrica con diámetro de expansión dentro del elemento de tubería y un dado exterior que captura el elemento de tubería; la acción de compresión ocasiona que una porción del elemento de tubería se mueva de manera radial y hacia adentro lejos del dado, contrario a la dirección de movimiento de la mandrinadora.
