Abstract
Se propone un aparato para cirugía ocular que comprende un soporte (24) que tiene una base de soporte (32) que se puede mover o realizar para montarse sobre una pared o techo, y que tiene una disposición de brazo de soporte (34, 36) que es ajustable manualmente, al menos parcialmente, en relación con la base de soporte, un microscopio de operación (38) está unido a la disposición de brazo de soporte; además, el aparato de cirugía ocular comprende un aparato láser, que proporciona radiación láser enfocada y pulsada que tiene propiedades de radiación adecuadas para la aplicación de incisiones en el ojo humano (14); el aparato láser comprende una fuente de láser (20) y un cabezal de tratamiento láser (26) que está unido a la disposición de brazo de soporte (34, 36) y emite la radiación láser, una fibra flexible de transmisión (22) o un brazo articulado de transporte de haz que se proporciona con el propósito de transportar la radiación láser al cabezal de tratamiento láser; el cabezal de tratamiento láser (26) está posicionado o se puede posicionar en una trayectoria del haz de observación del microscopio de operación (38) y proporciona un pasaje (52) para un haz de observación que viaja a lo largo de la trayectoria del haz de observación; de conformidad con una modalidad, el cabezal de tratamiento láser (26) se puede mover fuera de una posición de uso, en la que se posiciona por encima del ojo (14) y bajo el microscopio de operación (38), en una posición de no uso, en la que está a una distancia de la región de trabajo del médico operante (40) y ésta última, a través del microscopio de operación (38), tiene una vista directa del ojo (14) a tratarse.
