Abstract
Método e instalación para la fabricación de un cuerpo (2) de mortero de cemento que está moldeado con un mortero de cemento. En una amasadora vertical, dotada de desagüe en el fondo plano de la misma, se introduce una cantidad de agua correspondiente a una cantidad comprendida entre el 29% y el 32% en peso de la masa de cemento, y se añaden aditivos y colorantes; se incorpora una cantidad de árido que presenta una superficie redondeada, una granulometría comprendida entre 0,1 y 1 mm y un contenido en sílice del 99,5%, y una cantidad de cemento de partículas del orden de 5 micras comprendida entre el 27% y el 37% en peso de la masa total en seco de árido y cemento; se continúa la operación de amasado hasta conseguir; con una perfecta hidratación del cemento, una masa totalmente homogénea, la cual es vertida en un molde.
