Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un producto de alimento para bebés que comprende por lo menos un ingrediente alimenticio seleccionado del grupo que consiste en vegetales, frutas, carne, pescado, huevo, legumbres, hierbas aromáticas, nueces y cualquier combinación de los mismos, una composición de grano entero hidrolizado, una alfa-amilasa o fragmento de la misma, alfa-amilasa o fragmento de la misma que no muestra actividad hidrolítica hacia fibras dietarias cuando está en el estado activo, y en donde el producto de alimento para bebés tiene una viscosidad en el intervalo de 301-1000 mPa.s.
