Abstract

La presente invención se relaciona a un método para modificar genéticamente un huésped de hongo filamentoso para producción mejorada de proteína. El método comprende un huésped de hongo filamentoso que es modificado genéticamente para sobreexpresar o para ser deficiente de genes específicos. La invención se relaciona los huéspedes modificados. Adicionalmente, la invención se relaciona a un método para producción mejorada o para producir una composición mejorada de proteínas, como las celulasas, hemicelulasas, otras proteínas implicadas en la degradación de material lignocelulósico u otras proteínas, en un huésped de hongo filamentoso.
