Abstract
Un método que permite a un operador detectar la desalineación de cabezas de impresión que eyectan tinta transparente en la impresora de chorro de tinta. El método imprime un primer patrón de prueba con un primer color de tinta y entonces imprime un segundo patrón de prueba de tinta transparente encima del primer patrón de prueba. La tinta del primero y segundo patrones de prueba es entonces difundida o propagada para permitir que la tinta transparente se disperse en los espacios intersticiales en la tinta del primer color. Un operador puede entonces detectar la relación espacial de marcas predeterminadas en el segundo patrón de prueba con marcas predeterminadas en el primer patrón de prueba. Las marcas predeterminadas del primero y segundo patrones de prueba son arregladas para permitir que el operador detecte una distancia de desalineación y la impresora de chorro de tinta usa la distancia de desalineación alimentada por el operador para ajustar la alineación de las cabezas de impresión que eyecten tinta transparente.
