Abstract

Se proporciona una hoja de acero revestida con Al-Zn de inmersión caliente que exhibe excelente resistencia a la corrosión. El contenido de Al en una película revestida es de 20 a 95 por ciento en masa. Entonces, el contenido de Ca en la película revestida descrita anteriormente es de 0.01 a 10 % en masa. De manera alternativa, el contenido total de Ca y Mg es de 0.01 a 10 por ciento en masa. Adicionalmente, es preferible que la película revestida esté compuesta de una capa superior y una fase de aleación presente en la entrecara a una hoja de acero de sustrato, y están contenidos Ca o Ca y Mg principalmente en la capa superior. Además, es preferible que Ca o Ca y Mg incluyan un compuesto intermetálico con al menos un tipo seleccionado de Zn, Al, y Si. En el caso donde están contenidos CA o Ca y Mg en la película revestida, como se describe anteriormente, estos elementos están contenidos en productos de corrosión generados en una porción unida y ejercen efectos de estabilización de los productos de corrosión y retraso del proceso de corrosión posteriormente. Entonces, como resultado, se mejora la resistencia a la corrosión.
