Abstract
Se describe un sistema de moldeo de inyección en cascada que incluye una pluralidad de boquillas cada una teniendo una válvula de varilla impulsada por una unidad de cilindro de pistón, para la inyección de fundido dentro de la cavidad del molde, una válvula de control del regulador es ubicada dentro de una línea media de presurización para regular el funcionamiento de la boquilla. El método incluye inyección de fundido en el orificio de alimentación utilizando una boquilla de válvula de aguja -válvula de aguja controlada asociadas con cada orificio de alimentación dentro de la cavidad de la herramienta de moldeo. La boquilla de válvula de aguja es abierta en diferentes momentos por el control de la velocidad de apertura y la presión de inyección en los orificios de alimentación, a través de las correspondientes unidades del cilindro-pistón de las boquillas de válvula de aguja.
