Abstract
Se ha descubierto un método para incrementar la conversión de monómero en una polimerización en emulsión iniciada por redox. El método comprende agregar una composición que comprende una cantidad efectiva de un fenol sustituido al medio de polimerización. De esta manera, se obtiene una conversión alta de monómero y el producto tiene contenidos bajos de gel y una cantidad baja o nada de entrelazamiento.
