Abstract
Se proveen composiciones y métodos para conferir actividad plaguicida a bacterias, plantas, células, tejidos y semillas vegetales; se proveen composiciones que contienen una secuencia sintética de nucleótidos que codifica una proteína Cryl Ac; se pueden usar las secuencias de codificación en construcciones de ADN o casetes de expresión para su transformación y expresión en plantas y bacterias; las composiciones incluyen también bacterias, plantas, células, tejidos y semillas vegetales; en particular se proveen moléculas de ácido nucleico plaguicidas aisladas; en donde las secuencias de nucleótidos están expuestas en SEQ ID NO: 5, 1, 2, 3 o 4, así como variantes y fragmentos de las mismas.
