Abstract
Vn método para la fabricación de un compuesto de poliuretano que comprende mezclar juntos un poliol, un compuesto de poliisocianato y un catalizador y permite que la mezcla se cure para formar un poliuretano, y es caracterizado porque el catalizador es un complejo neutral de un metal seleccionado de Ti, Zr, Hf, Al, Fe, Bi o Sn y un ligando orgánico multidentado que tiene: a)un número de sitios de donador aniónico = x; b)un número de sitios de donador neutral, capaz de formar un enlace coordinado con el metal = y; c)en donde x + y = de 5 a 8; d)x es de 2 a 4; e)la molécula de ligando es de un tamaño y conformación para permitir que cada uno de los sitios de donador aniónico y sitios de donadores neutrales formen un enlace con el mismo átomo de metal.
