Abstract

La presente invención proporciona un derivado de 3´,4´,5-trimetoxi flavona y una sal farmacéuticamente aceptable del mismo, preparación del mismo, y una composición farmacéutica para el tratamiento y prevención de síndrome de ojo seco, que comprende el mismo como un ingrediente activo. El derivado de 3´,4´,5-trimetoxi flavona y su sal farmacéuticamente aceptable inhiben daño de córnea a través de excelente acción estimulante en la secreción de mucosa en la conjuntiva y, por lo tanto puede ser efectivo como un agente profiláctico o terapéutico para síndrome de ojo seco.
