Abstract
Un instrumento para la producción de una muestra de líquido corporal para su análisis mediante la perforación de la piel con un elemento de punción por lanceta (12) tiene una punta de perforación de piel. El instrumento (11) tiene un alojamiento (13) y un impulsor de punción por lanceta (14) que empuja o desplaza un elemento de punción por lanceta (12) conectado con el mismo en un movimiento de punción. Un anillo de presión (1) rodea un orificio de contacto de piel (4) y es adaptado para presionar contra la piel, de manera que la piel (3) se hinche o abulte dentro del orificio (4) para favorecer la expresión del líquido corporal. El orificio de contacto de piel (4) tiene un área de orificio que corresponde con un círculo con un diámetro al menos de 3 mm y a lo más de 8 mm, y el instrumento comprende un dispositivo de control de fuerza de presión 37 que regula la fuerza de presión entre el anillo de presión (1) y la piel (3) en el momento de la activación del movimiento de punción, para que sea al menos de 3 N y a lo más de 8 N.
