既知のとおり、弾性ばね38の力はその伸張(すなわち、図示された圧縮ばねの場合には圧縮)にともなって線形的に増加する。本発明の内容において、圧力リング1が皮膚に対して押圧される圧力は密に制御され、その変化量は、前述の好ましい制限値を超えるべきではない。この目的を達成するため、好ましくは、ばね38は予備伸張されるように具現化および構成される。このことは、押圧力が圧力リング1に付勢されない場合、すなわち圧力リング1が筐体13の囲壁(軸受43)にある「定」位置にある場合であっても、ばねがすでに圧縮(引張ばねの場合は引張)されていることを意味する。この予備伸張の度合いは、圧力リング1に作用するばね38の力の変化が、圧力リング1のばね負荷の動作範囲の20%以下、好ましくは10%以下である。

- 前記圧力リング動作制限装置が前記圧力リング(1)の近傍に接触面(46)を備え、該接触面は、前記圧力リング(1)に対して押圧されて圧力リングを移動させる体部が前記接触面(46)に対して当接するように配置される請求項2記載の機器。
- 前記圧力リングに作用する力が、前記圧力リングの前記ばね負荷動作範囲の20%以下で変化するように、前記ばね装置が予備伸張される請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の機器。
- 前記圧力リングが、少なくとも0.5mmで最大3.5mmの平均幅を有する請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の機器。
- 請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の再利用可能な携帯型機器(11)と、該機器の前記駆動部(14)に交換可能に接続するように適合された穿刺要素(12)とを備えた、皮膚の穿刺によって分析のための体液試料を生成するためのシステム。
- 前記穿刺要素(12)が統合化された穿刺・分析要素(22)の一部をなす請求項13記載のシステム。
- 前記穿刺要素(12)が、その試料採取領域(23)への毛細管流動によって、皮膚の穿刺により生成された液体試料を輸送するための毛管流路(28)を有する直接的試料採取器である請求項13または14記載のシステム。
- 液体試料を前記穿刺要素(12)の試料採取領域(23)から分析のための分析要素(21)に移送可能にする流体連通装置を備えた請求項15記載のシステム。
- 前記流体連通装置が、流体連通が供されない第1の構成と流体連通が供される第2の構成とのあいだで切り替え可能である請求項16記載のシステム。
