Abstract

La invención se relaciona con un método para la detección y clasificación de defectos de superficie en productos producidos mediante fundición continua usando informaciones topográficas acerca de la apariencia de superficies producidas mediante fundición continua, siendo defectos y/o fallas detectados con precisión de posición, evaluados en cuanto a posición y extensión y eliminados según la evaluación antes de la mecanización posterior del producto, o evitadas mediante optimización del proceso. El objetivo es una evaluación de defectos confiable y sólo de hecho necesaria. Esto se logra, por un lado, porque los defectos y/o fallas en la superficie de lingotes del producto semiacabado de fundición continua son capturadas y guardadas con precisión de posición y, por el otro, se realiza una captura de defectos y/o fallas en el producto acabado y se guarda con precisión de posición, y porque a continuación se compara las informaciones del producto semiacabado con aquellas de la inspección de superficie en el producto acabado, y sólo aquellas informaciones son tomadas en cuenta para la eliminación de defectos y/o fallas en el producto semiacabado que han producido, respectivamente, pueden producir fallas en el producto acabado.
