Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Messen von Schichtdicken, insbesondere zur Messung von Schichtdicken eines Bauteils (18) während oder nach einem Beschichtungsvorgang, mit mindestens einem ersten und einem zweiten Weglängenmessgerät (12, 14), wobei mittels des ersten Weglängenmessgerätes (12) eine erste Weglänge (a) zu einer Oberfläche (20) einer auf das Bauteil (18) aufzutragenden Schicht (22) und mittels des zweiten Weglängenmessgerätes (14) eine zweite Weglänge (b) zu einer unbeschichteten Oberfläche (24) des Bauteils (18) kontinuierlich oder zu vordefinierten Zeitpunkten gemessen wird. Erfindungsgemäß umfasst die Vorrichtung (10) zudem mindestens ein drittes Weglängenmessgerät (16) zur Messung und Überwachung der Position des ersten Weglängenmessgeräts (12) relativ zum Bauteil (18), wobei mittels des dritten Weglängenmessgerätes (16) eine dritte Weglänge (c) zur Bestimmung der Position des Bauteils (18) kontinuierlich oder zu vordefinierten Zeitpunkten gemessen wird. Die Erfindung betrifft weiterhin ein Verfahren zum Messen von Schichtdicken, insbesondere zur Messung von Schichtdicken eines Bauteils (18) während oder nach einem Beschichtungsvorgang.
