Abstract
Asparaginasa que tiene una amplitud de perfil de pH para la actividad de al menos 3.5. Además, la invención se relaciona con polipéptidos de asparaginasa identificados recientemente de acuerdo con cualquiera de SEQ ID Nº 2 o SEQ ID Nº 4, con variantes de éstos, y con secuencias de polinucleótidos que codifican estas nuevas variantes de asparaginasa.
