Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a proteasas que tienen por lo menos 75% de identidad con una proteasa derivada de Thermoascus aurantiacus y que comprende por lo menos una modificación en la secuencia de aminoácidos de la misma. Estas variantes de proteasa tienen termoestabilidad mejorada. La invención también se relaciona con ADN que codifica para estas proteasas, métodos de su producción así como uso de los mismos.
