Abstract

La invención se refiere a derivados de 6-oxo-6,7-dihidro-5H-dibenz o[b,d]azepin-7-ilo de la fórmula (I) en donde R1, R2 y R3 son como se definieron aquí, como inhibidores de la y-secretasa útiles en el tratamiento de la enfermedad de Alzheimer o del cáncer común incluyendo pero sin estar limitado a los carcinomas cervicales y carcinomas de mama y malignidades del sistema hematopoyético. (ver fórmula (I)).
