Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un elemento de calentamiento de resistencia eléctrica autorregulador, para un aparato que contiene el mismo, y a procesos para su fabricación. El elemento de calentamiento de resistencia eléctrica autorregulador (10) comprende un sustrato (12) que comprende un revestimiento eléctricamente conductor (12a) que sirve como un primer contacto eléctrico (18) en un lado de las capas de óxido metálico compuesto. Dispuesto en la capa eléctricamente conductora (12a) está en un primer óxido metálico (14) que tiene un coeficiente de resistencia de temperatura positivo. Para cubrir la primera capa de óxido metálico, y en serie eléctrica a ésta, está una segunda capa de óxido metálico (16) que tiene un coeficiente de resistencia de temperatura negativo y para cubrir esta capa está un segundo contacto eléctrico (20). En la segunda capa de óxido metálico (16) que tiene un coeficiente de resistencia de temperatura negativo se aplica el elemento en una forma que asegura que no se alteran sus características resistentes.
