Abstract
Es wird eine elektrische Fahrzeug-Heizvorrichtung (1) bereitgestellt, mit: zumindest einem, im Wesentlichen plattenförmig ausgebildeten keramischen PTC-Heizelement (2), das eine erste Hauptoberfläche (2a) und eine dieser gegenüberliegende zweite Hauptoberfläche (2b) aufweist; einer metallischen ersten Kontaktierungsschicht (4), die die erste Hauptoberfläche (2a) im Wesentlichen vollflächig elektrisch kontaktiert; einer metallischen zweiten Kontaktierungsschicht (3), die die zweite Hauptoberfläche (2b) im Wesentlichen vollflächig elektrisch kontaktiert; einer elektrisch isolierenden, keramischen ersten Isolierungsstruktur (5), die eine von der ersten Hauptoberfläche (2a) abgewandte Seite der ersten Kontaktierungsschicht (4) bedeckt; und einer elektrisch isolierenden, keramischen zweiten Isolierungsstruktur (6), die eine von der zweiten Hauptoberfläche (2b) abgewandte Seite der zweiten Kontaktierungsschicht (3) bedeckt. Das PTC-Heizelement (2), die erste Kontaktierungsschicht (4), die zweite Kontaktierungsschicht (3), die erste Isolierungsstruktur (5) und die zweite Isolierungsstruktur (6) sind stoffschlüssig miteinander verbunden.
