Abstract

La invención se refiere a un dispositivo para determinar la temperatura en el interior de un elemento que se va a cocinar (12). La invención comprende al menos un sensor de temperatura (20) para detectar al menos una temperatura de la superficie del elemento que se va a cocinar (12) y/o una temperatura ambiente alrededor del elemento que se va a cocinar, particularmente en una ubicación de medición en el interior de la cámara de cocción que rodea al elemento que se va a cocinar, preferiblemente con un sensor de la temperatura ambiente que está arreglado en esa ubicación de medición. Además, el dispositivo comprende la menos un sensor de distancia (22) para detectar una o múltiples distancias entre el sensor de distancia (22) y uno o múltiples puntos (36) de medición de la distancia sobre la superficie del elemento que se va a cocinar (12). Adicionalmente, el dispositivo comprende al menos un dispositivo de medición del tiempo para medir el tiempo transcurrido durante la preparación del elemento que se va a cocinar (12) y al menos un dispositivo de cálculo para calcular la temperatura en el interior del elemento que se va a cocinar (12) usando la temperatura de la superficie del elemento que se va a cocinar (12) y/o la temperatura ambiente, la distancia o las distancias múltiples, el tiempo transcurrido, y la temperatura inicial del elemento que se va a cocinar (12). La invención también se refiere a un método para determinar la temperatura en el interior del elemento que se va a cocinar (12).
