Abstract
The invention proposes a monolithically integrated circuit arrangement having a first temperature sensor (1) and at least one second temperature sensor (2) and also a method for determining a time interval, where the first temperature sensor (1) and the second temperature sensor (2) have a different form of thermal coupling to a heat source (4).
