Abstract

La invencion se refiere a un metodo de fabricacion de un polvo conteniendo particulas cristalinas de xilitol y otro poliol, comprendiendo la mezcla continua de un jarabe de xilitol y otro poliol presentando un contenido de materia seca de al menos 95% en peso, y teniendo un contenido de xilitol de 85 a 97,5% en peso y el otro poliol de al menos 15 a 2,5% en peso sobre la base de la materia seca, la mezcla efectuandose al distribuir simultaneamente el jarabe de xilitol y del otro poliol y germenes conteniendo xilitol en un recipiente giratorio abierto conteniendo los granulos a base de xilitol, es por esto que el jarabe de xilitol y del otro poliol y los germenes conteniendo xilitol se mezclan en la superficie de los granulos a base de xilitol contenidos en el recipiente, la recuperacion de los granulos a base de xilitol y del otro poliol desde el recipiente y la cristalizacion de xilitol y del otro poliol contenidos en dichos granulados, los granulos a base de xilitol y del otro poliol en el recipiente manteniendose en movimiento por la rotacion de recipiente.
