Abstract
Procedimiento para la produccion de monolitos por medio de procedimientos de sol-gel. Se describe un procedimiento para la produccion de monolitos por medio por medio de un procedimiento de sol-gel, que comprende las siguientes etapas: a. hidrolisis de un alcoxido en una solucion acuosa para formar un hidrolizado y opcionalmente evaporacion hasta concentracion optima del mismo, b. adicion de un oxido preparado por la via pirogenica. c. mezclado del hidrolizado del alcoxido con el oxido preparado por la via pirogenica para formar un sol coloidal. d. separacion opcional del contenido grueso del sol coloidal, e. gelificacion del sol colidal en un molde, f. sustitucion opcional del agua contenida en el aerogel resultante por un solvente organico, g. secado del aerogel, h. tratamiento por calor del aerogel secado, el contenido grueso se separa del sol coloidal.
