Abstract

La invencion se refiere a un componente de cuerpo hueco que consiste de al menos dos elementos (1, 2) de cascaron de fundicion a presion, el cual es en particular adecuado para el uso como un componente de direccion en ensambles de mecanismos de traslacion de vehiculos automotrices. Este componente de cuerpo hueco se caracteriza en que al menos una respectiva zona (5, 6, 18, 19) de conexion se configura en los elementos (1, 2) de cascaron que se deberan interconectar, una zona (5) de conexion que consiste de al menos una primera area (7) de contacto con una seccion transversal que sustancialmente tiene forma de U que se localiza en el respectivo elemento (1) de cascaron y la segunda zona de conexion que consiste de al menos una segunda area (8) de contacto de tipo trabilla que interviene en el espacio en la primera area (7) de contacto con forma de U y que se localiza en el respectivo otro elemento (2) de cascaron. Las zonas (5, 6, 18, 19) de conexion se unen en un ajuste no positivo en un proceso de soldadura en frio que utiliza una presion de contacto (F1, F2) cuyo valor es un multiplo de los componentes (F) de fuerza de separacion que actuan sobre las zonas (5, 6, 18, 19) de conexion durante la operacion. La invencion tambien se refiere a un metodo para producir un componente de cuerpo hueco. La configuracion especial de las zonas (5, 6) de conexion en conclusion con la soldadura en frio en dichas zonas permite la produccion de un componente economico que en contraste con la tecnica anterior tiene un peso reducido mediante una adaptacion especial de los grosores de pared que se obtienen en el proceso de fundicion a presion de aluminio.
