Abstract

Se divulga un adaptador de montaje de bajo perfil para su uso en la transportación de vehículos incluyendo una configuración de adaptador de montaje capaz de soportar un aumento en la capacidad de carga en comparación con otros adaptadores de montaje. El adaptador de montaje generalmente incluye un par de placas de soporte laterales y un miembro tubular cruzado que se extiende entre sí. Cada una de las placas de soporte se encuentra parcialmente dispuesta dentro del miembro cruzado en extremos opuestos y se asegura en la misma empleando por lo menos una placa de relleno.
