Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a aparato para fabricar tableros sinteticos incluyendo tableros piro-retardantes a partir de un material celulósico, caracterizada porque comprende: refinadores para extraer fibras de un material celulósico; conductos conectados a los refinadores para transportar las fibras sobre la trayectoria de flujo de fibras; aplicadores de aglutinante para mezclar un aglutinante y diluyente para formar una mezcla de aglutinante/diluyente; y mezclar inmediatamente la mezcla de aglutinante/diluyente con las fibras en la trayectoria de flujo de fibras; secadores para deshumidificar parcialmente la mezcla de fibras/aglutinante; montajes formadores para crear una estera de la mezcla de fibras/aglutinante deshumidificada; aplicadores de piro-retardante líquido, para introducir liquido piro-retardanteen el material celulóso ubicado corriente arriba de los montajes formadores; y prensas calentadas para comprimir las fibras y curar el aglutinante en la espera para formar un producto de tablero consolidado.
