Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a una composición adhesiva de poliuretano de fusión en caliente, libre de solvente, que es sólida a la temperatura ambiental, que comprende: a) de 5 a 90 por ciento por peso de un prepolímero de uretano que se prepara a partir de la polimerización por condensación de un poliisocianato y un poliol y que tiene un contenido de isocianato de 0.25 a 15 por ciento y un índice de isocianato mayor de 1 y no mayor de 2 aproximadamente; b) de 10 a 95 por ciento por peso de un polímero de bajo peso molecular de monómeros etilenicamente insaturados que no contienen hidrógeno activo; caracterizándose dicha formulación adhesiva de fusión en caliente, en la ausencia de agentes de pegajosidad y/o plastificantes, por una viscosidad de 3000 a 50,000 cps a 120 grados C.
