Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un método para formar un carril de ranura del anillo de rodadura de bolas de precisión en un miembro de anillo de rodadura de una junta universal, el método comprende los pasos de: formar el miembro de anillo de rodadura con un carril de ranura de anillo de rodadura de bolas formado y con una ranura de rebajo que se extiende a lo largo del carril de ranura del anillo de rodadura de bolas formado, la ranura de rebajo tiene una base que no se pondrá en contacto con una herramienta de acabar usada para acabar a máquina el carril de ranura del anillo de rodadura de bolas; y acabar por maquinado el carril de ranura del anillo de rodadura de bolas formado a una configuración de precisión predeterminada para producir el carril de ranura del anillo de rodadura de bolas de precisión moviendo el carril de ranura del lanillo de rodadura de bolas en contacto con la herramienta de acabar de manera tal que la herramienta de acabar se pone en contacto con el carril de ranura del anillo de rodadura de bolas para de ésta manera acabar a máquina el carril de ranura del anillo de rodadura de bolas sin ponerse en contacto con la base de la ranura del rebajo que se extiende a lo largo del carril de ranura del anillo de rodadura de bolas formado.
