Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a procedimiento para la producción de un artículo de cerámica configurado de alta resistencia, que comprende: configurar una composición que tiene un coeficiente de fricción menor que 0.2 y que consiste de un material de cerámica en partículas que tiene una relación de dimensiones promedio menor que 1.70 y un medio líquido, remover el medio líquido de la composición configurada y calentar la composición para sinterizar las partículas de cerámica; caracterizado por someter la composición a un mezclado de alto esfuerzo cortante y estruirla a través de un troquel que tiene un diámetro menor que 0.3 mm de tal manera que en el artículo configurado que se produce la dimensión promedio máxima de imperfecciones es menor que 25 micras.
