Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a una composición destinada a usarse en la unión por inducción entre las paredes de un tejido mineralizado vivo mediante la regeneración del tejido mineralizado en cando menos una de las paredes, la composición esá caracterizada en que contiene como un constituyente activo una fracción de proteína que se obtiene de un precursor para esmalte dental, conocido como matriz de esmalte. Un procedimiento para inducir la unión entre las partes del tejido mineralizado vivo mediante la regeneración del tejido mineralizado en cuando menos una de las partes, el procedimiento está caracterizado por la remoción, en caso de estar presente, del tejido blanco del sitio de unión de cuando menos una de las partes, aplicando a cuando menos una de las partes una capa de una composición que contiene como ingrediente activo una fracción de proteína que se obtiene de un precursor para el esmalte dental, conocido como matriz de esmalte, y unir despues las partes como para permitir la unión con la regeneración del tejido mineralizado.
