Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un procedimiento continuo para el desalojamiento completo de contaminantes orgánicos y el desteñido completo de ácido fosfórico húmedo purificado previamente, que se había purificado mediante un procedimiento de extracción con un solvente orgánico, se había liberado con vapor del resto del ácido fluohídrico y se había tratado con peróxido de hidrógeno a temperatura aumentada, caracterizado porque en una zona de mezcla se mezclan el ácido fosfórico húmedo purificado previamente y el peróxido de hidrógeno a una temperatura de 100 a 200 grados C, preferiblemente de 140 a 160 grados C y se deja reaccionar posteriormente por 1 a 4 horas a esta temperatura, se enfría el ácido fosfórico húmedo, purificado previamente y así tratado a una temperatura de 85 a 90 grados C y a esta temperatura y con exclusión de aire se deja pasar primeramente a través de una masa vaciada de carbón activado, preparada sobre la base de ruba y que se ha activado con vapor y que tiene una superficie BET de 800 a 1000 m cuadrado/g. luego se transporta a través de una masa vaciada de carburo de silicio y/o grafito, observándose durante ese transporte una velocidad de paso de menos de 0.5 m cúbico/h de ácido fosfórico húmedo por cada m cúbico de masa vaciada de carbón activado.
