Claims (9)

  1. 뜨거운 기체를 배기 기체에 혼합하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 미세하게 분쇄된 석회를 물을 갖는 소화기구에서 혼합하고, 석회의 수화물 및 배기기체를 소화기구로부터 빼내는, 석회를 건조 소화시키는 연속방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 석회가 40-60㎛의 입자크기 d50을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 건조 소화를 70-90℃에서 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 하나에 있어서, 40-60㎛의 입자크기 d50을 갖는 석회의 수화물을 빼내는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 하나에 있어서, 매우 뜨거운 기체를 배기 기체에 혼합하여, 배기 기체 및 뜨거운 기체의 혼합물이 90-150℃ 및 80-95%의 (상대)습도를 갖도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 하나에 있어서, 뜨거운 기체를 배기 기체 스트림에 대해 수직 및 접선 방향으로 혼합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 하나에 있어서, 기체 혼합물이 분진제거되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 하나에 있어서, 분진 및 수증기를 함유하는 기체 혼합물을 사용하여 SO2-함유 배기 기체를 탈황시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  9. 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 하나에 있어서, 기체 혼합물내에 함유된 적어도 일부의 수증기가 응축되고, 따라서 방출되는 열을 사용하여 퀜칭수(水)를 예비 가열시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
