Abstract
PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA SEPARACION EN SECO DE CONTAMINANTES DE GASES DE HUMO E INSTALACION PARA LA PUESTA EN PRACTICA DEL PROCEDIMIENTO. EL INVENTO CONCIERNE A UN PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA SEPARACION SIMULTANEA EN SECO DE MATERIAS SOLIDAS Y GASEOSAS DE GASES DE HUMO DE CALDERAS DE HOGARES, CONVERTIDORES, HORNOS ROTATIVOS Y SIMILARES, EN DONDE SE AÑADEN A LA CORRIENTE DE GASES DE HUMO UNAS SUSTANCIAS ABSORBENTES QUE REACCIONAN CON LOS CONTAMINANTES Y QUE SE SEPARAN EN UN FILTRO (11) JUNTO CON MATERIAS SOLIDAS ARRASTRADAS POR LA CORRIENTE DE GASES DE HUMO. EL INVENTO CONCIERNE TAMBIEN A UNA INSTALACION PARA LA PUESTA EN PRACTICA DEL PROCEDIMIENTO. PARA EVITAR UN AMPLIO ENFRIAMIENTO DE LOS GASES DE HUMO ANTES DE LA SEPARACION EN SECO, LAS SUSTANCIAS ABSORBENTES DEBERAN AÑADIRSE A LA CORRIENTE DE GASES DE HUMO A TEMPERATURAS POR ENCIMA DE 250GC Y A ESTAS TEMPERATURAS DEBERAN SEPARARSE JUNTO CON LAS MATERIAS SOLIDAS EN UN FILTRO (11) DE FIBRAS CERAMICAS Y/O LAMINAS METALICAS PERFORADAS. EL MATERIAL RESULTANTE AL LIMPIAR LOS FILTROS PUEDE TRANSFORMARSE EN YESO O DEVOLVERSE EN PARTE AL PROCESO.
