Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un aparato dosificador y despachador para suministrar una dosis medida de un producto viscoso desde un recipiente a través de una abertura en el recipiente, caracterizado porque comprende: (a) medios para unir mediante sellado el aparato a dicho recipiente en comunicación con dicha abertura; (b) un conducto para comunicar con dicha abertura y para dirigir el producto de dicho recipiente hacia una cámara dosificadora; (c) una cámara dosificadora expandible que comunica con dicho conducto, la cual tiene un volumen mínimo predeterminado en una posición contraída y un valor máximo predeterminado en una posición expandida; (d) una válvula de paso asociada con dicho conducto para permitir el flujo de producto a través de dicho conducto hacia dicha cámara dosificadora e impidiendo el flujo de dicha cámara dosificadora a través de dicho conducto, dicha válvula de paso incluyendo un faldón pendiente; (e) una abertura de descarga definida por dicha cámara dosificadora a través de la cual el producto es despachado desde la cámara dosificadora cuando dicha cámara dosificadora contiene producto y es comprimida desde su posición expandida a su posición contraída; (f) medios de presión hacia atrás para controlar el flujo del producto hacia el exterior de dicha abertura de descarga, permitiendo el flujo del producto hacia el exterior de dicha abertura de descarga cuando la presión dentro de la cámara sea mayor que la necesaria para expandir la cámara desde su posición contraída, y substancialmente impidiendo el flujo cuando la presión no sea mayor que la necesaria para expandir la cámara desde su posición contraída; (g) un miembro de tapa para definir una porción de dicha cámara dosificadora, y dicho miembro de tapa estando telescópicamente unido a dicho conducto; y (h) se proveen topes para restringir el movimiento de deslizamiento de dicha tapa más allá de una posición extendida en la que dicha tapa y el conducto definen la posición expandida de dicha cámara dosificadora.
