Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a una composición de modelo curable que consiste de una resina epoxídica, un poliol, un endurecedor, un catalizador seleccionado del grupo que consiste de compuestos de amina, de amoni curaternario o de fosfonio, los cuales cuando se cambian, en una cantidad desde 0.5 a aproximadamente 10 partes en peso por 100 partes de peso de resina, con dicha resina epoxídica, dicho poliol, dicho endurecedor, y 60 por ciento en peso, con base en el peso total de la formulación, de trihidrato de aluminio producen una composición caracterizada por una temperatura exotérmica máxima de 210 grados centigrados, o menos, un período de tiempo hasta alcanzar la reacción exotermica máxima de 10.5 o menos minutos en un molde de temperatura de 150 grados centigrados y un tiempo para su viscocidad de la coposición alcance 3000 centipoises a 80 grados centigrados de 30 minutos o mayor.
