Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a mejoras en un método de obtener una mezcla total de una pluralidad de substancias fluidas en un paso de entrada contínua que tiene un extremo de entrada y un extremo de descarga; las mejoras caracterizadas en que el método comprende los pasos de combinar dichas substancias fluidas en dicho extremo de entrada en una corriente continua que llena el paso bajo una presión hidrodinámica substancial; someter dicha corriente en el paso a los efectos de turbulencia, bastante dispersión y mezcla desde una serie de superficies de turbulencia frustocónica en forma de radios internos que se alternan y son adyacentes, dichas superficies siendo relativamente cortas, que proveen aceleración, y superficies frustocónicas de turbulencia, con radiaciones externas, relativamente más largas, que proveen la dispersión gradual; influír en la corriente constantemente entre el extremo de entrada y el de descarga, por medio de una de las superficies con radios exteriores usando la expansión gradual y la dispersión, con una velocidad relativa mayor restringida por medio de las superficies con radios hacia adentro, y una súbita transición entre la expansión y la compresión; por este medio, obtener progresivamente una dispersión más completa y una mejor mezcla de dichas substancias en la corriente de flujo contínuo de dicho extremo de entrada a dicho extremo de salida al final de dicho paso; y descargar la corriente así tratada del extremo de salida del paso hasta un recipiente.
