Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a procedimiento para la determinación de un activador de plasminógeno (PA), tomado del grupo de uroquinasa (UK) y activador de plasminógeno de tejido (t-PA), en líquidos corporales, caracterizado porque se incuba el activador de plasminógeno con plasminógeno y un poli(éster de ácido sulfúrico) de un sacárido o azúcar sulfatado y eventualmente de fibrina o productos de desdoblamiento de fibrina y se determina la conversión de plasminógeno en plasmina eventualmente con utilización de un substrato cromógeno.
