CONSISTE EN INCUBAR EL ACTIVADOR DE PLASMINOGENO CON PLASMINOGENO Y UN POLI(ESTER DE ACIDO SULFURICO) DE UN SACARIDO O AZUCAR SULFATADO Y EVENTUALMENTE DE FIBRINA O DE PRODUCTOS DE DESDOBLAMIENTO DE FIBRINA, Y EN DETERMINAR LA CONVERSION DE PLASMINOGENO DE UN SUSTRATO CROMOGENO. COMO POLI(ESTERES DE ACIDO SULFURICO) DE UN SACARIDO O AZUCAR SULFATADO SE UTILIZAN COMPONENTES DE MEMBRANAS CELULARES. DE APLICACION EN LIQUIDOS CORPORALES TALES COMO PLASMA.
