Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a procedimiento para la preparación de ligantes de esmaltes auto-reticulantes catiónicos, diluibles con agua después de protonización, en base de productos de reacción de condensados de urea sustituída-fenol-formaldehido y resinas de epóxido, caracterizado porque se hace reaccionar: A) un producto de aminoalquilización de fenol, presentado, por lo menos un grupo NH por molécula y/o un fenol sustituida producida, con formaldehido o un compuesto, que desprende formaldehido y fenol y/o un fenol sustituído, preferentemente monoalquilfenol o monoarilfenol o monoaralquilfenol con uno o eventualmente dos grupos de hidroxilo fenólicos y en otra etapa de reacción. B) se hace reaccionar de 50 a 100 por ciento de los grupos hidroxilo fenólicos con compuestos de epóxido, preferentemente resinas de diepóxido con un peso equivalente de epóxido entre 50 y 2000. Ligantes de esmaltes catiónicos, diluibles con agua después de protonización, en base de productos de reacción de condensados de urea sustituída-fenol-formaldehído y resinas de epóxido, caracterizadas porque se hace reaccionar. A) un producto de aminoalquilización presentando por medio por lo menos, un grupo NH por molécula, de fenol y/o un fenol sustituído, preferentemente monoalquilfenol o monoarilfenol o aralquilfenol con uno o eventualmente dos grupos hidroxilo fenólicos, una alquilamina primaria y/o alcanolamina primaria y/o alquilenfiamina y formaldehido o un compuesto desprendedor de formaldehido con un diisocianato semi-bloqueado o. (A1) un diisocianato semi-bloqueado con una alquilamina primaria y/o alcanolamina primaria y/o alquilendiamin a y la urea sustituída producida, con formaldehido o un compuesto desprendedor de formaldehido y fenol y/o un fenol sustituído, preferentemente monoalquilfenol o monoarilfenol o monoaralquilfenol, con uno o eventualmente dos grupos fenólicos de hidroxilo y, en una alterior etapa de reacción. B) se hizo reaccionar 50 hasta 100 por ciento de los grupos hidroxilo fenólicos con compuestos de epóxido, preferentemente resina de diepóxido, con un peso equivalente de epóxido entre 50 y 2000, formulándose el producto previo de tal manera que el producto de reacción presente un número de amina de, por lo menos 30 mg KOH/g.
