Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un procedimiento para la purificación de un activador de plasminógeno de tejido, que consiste en poner en contacto una solución que contiene un activador de plasminógeno de tejido o derivados del mismo, con un material de afinidad fijado a un soporte, que se selecciona del grupo que consiste de polisulfatos de un sacárido y azúcares sulfatados, para crear una columna de afinidad cargada, eliminar las impurezas de la columna de afinidad cargada, y eluir el activador de plasminógeno de tejido fijado por el material de afinidad.
