Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a composición de catalizador para preparación de ácidos carboxílicos insaturados y método para su preparación de ácidos caracterizados porque el catalizador comprende; Mo12PaX1bVcAsdCuSbfX2gOx donde X es uno o más elementos seleccionados de cesio, talio o rubidio; X es uno o más de los elementos seleccionados del tungsteno, niobio, tantalo, zirconio, estaño, hierro, zinc, cobalto, bismuto, boro aproximadamente 0.85 a acerca de 1.2; b es un número en el rango de aproximadamente 0.75 a cerca de 1.25, c es el número en el rango de aprxomadamente 0.05 a cerca de 0.7; d es un número en el rango de aproximadamente 0.5 a cerca de 2.0; e es un número en el rango de aproximadamente 0 a cerca de 0.4; f es un número en el rango de aproximadamente cerca de 0.3; q es un número en el rango de aproximadamente 0 a cercade 2.0y x es el número de oxígeno requeridos para satisfacer los requerimientos de valencia de los otros elementos presentes, y el método de preparación de la composición del catalizador se caracteriza por estar preparados al suspender el trióxido de molibdeno en aga, seguido de la adición de ácido fosfórico, calentado a temperatura en el rango de aproximadamente 60 grados a cerca de 95 grados C por al menos una hora, mezclado los elementos restantes como sus óxidos o sales compuestos convertibles por calentamiento en sus óxidos con trióxido de molibdeno acuoso ya sea antes o despues de la adición de ácido fosfórico, mezclando con hidróxido de amonio, aislando el materia. calcinando a una temperatura de aproximadamente 350 grados C a cerca de 450 grados C.
