Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a método de electrorecubrimiento catódico sin amarilleo para impedir el amarilleo del recubrimiento más externo de un sistema de recubrimientos multicapas, que comprende: a. depositar sobre un sustrato conductor mediante electrodeposición catódica un recubrimiento de imprimación que comprende por lo menos una capa de aducto de amina-resina epoxi y un agente de reticulación bloqueado, y curar dicho recubrimiento de imprimación para dar una película duradera dura, caracterizado por comprender además b. depositar un segundo recubrimiento sobre la primera capa, el cual comprende por lo menos un extracto de una capa de base que forma una película pigmentada; c. depositar un tercer recubrimiento más externo sobre el segundo recubrimiento, el cual comprende por lo menos un agente de reticulación bloqueado elegido dentro del grupo que consiste en los poliisocianatos alifáticos que contienen por lo menos 6 átomos de carbono, los isocianuratos de diisocianatos aromáticos que tienen un peso molecular mayor que 174, el poliisocianato o el isocianato bloqueado con un agente de bloqueo.
