Abstract
물품의 코팅방법이 기재되어 있다. 이 발명에 따른 방법은 A) 교차 결합가능한 중합체와 가교결합제를 함유하며, 실질적으로 강산이 없는 코팅 조성물로 물품상에 적어도 한층을 코팅시키고, B)단계 A)에서 형성된 층위에, 1)히드록시 관능기를 갖는 중합체 및 2)차단된 이소시아네이트 가교결합제를 포함하는 코팅 조성물로 투명코팅층을 코팅시키고, C)코팅된 물품을 경화시티는 단계로 이루어진다.

Claims (10)
- A)실질적으로 강산이 없는, 가교 결합가능한 중합체 코팅 조성물로 물품상에 적어도 한층을 코팅시키고, B)단계 A)에서 형성된 층위에, 1)히드록시 관능기를 갖는 중합체, 및2) 차단된 이소시아네이트 가교 결합체를 함유하는 코팅 조성물로 적어도 하나의 투명코팅층을 코팅시키고, C) 코팅물을 경화시키는 : 단계들로 이루어진 코팅물 생성방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단계 A)의 가교 결합가능한 중합체 코팅 조성물이 히드록시기 관능기를 갖는 아크릴 중합체를 포함하는 코팅물 생성방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단계 A)의 가교결합가능한 중합체 코팅 조성물이 가교결합가능한 중합체와 중합체를 가교 결합시킬 수 있는 가교결합제를 포함하는 코팅물 생성방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 단계 A)의 가교결합가능한 중합체가 히드록시 관능기를 갖는 아크릴 중합체를 포함하는 코팅물 생성방법.
- 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 단계 A)의 가교결합제가 아미노플라스트 가교결합제인 코팅물 생성방법.
- 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 단계 A)의 가교결합제가 부분적으로 알킬화된 아미노 관능성 중합체 멜라민 포름알데히드 수지 또는 멜라민 유도체 포름알데히드 수지인 코팅물 생성방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 히드록시 관능기를 갖는 단계 B)의 중합체가 아크릴, 폴리에스테르, 에폭시, 폴리카보네이트, 폴리우레탄, 폴리아미드, 폴리이미드 또는 폴리실옥산인 코팅물 생성방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 단계 B)의 히드록시 관능기가 1차 히드록시 관능기인 코팅물 생성방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 이소시아네이트기가 옥심기로 차단된 코팅물 생성방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 단계 B)의 코팅 조성물이 히드록시 관능기를 갖는 상기 중합체를 10-50중량%와 상기 차단된 이소시아네이트 가교결합체 10-40중량%를 포함하는 코팅물 생성방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
