Claims (6)
- 초벌피복제가 최소한 6개의 탄소원자를 갖는 지방족 폴리이소시안에이트, 최소한 6개의 탄소원자를 갖는 지방족 폴리이소시안에이트의 이소시아누레이트, 174이상의 분자량을 갖는 방향족 폴리이소이상에이트 및 174 이상의 분자량을 갖는 방향족 디이소시안에이트의 이소시아누레이트로 구성되는 기로부터 선택되어 블록화제에 의해 불록화된 최소한 하나의 교차결합제를 함유하는, a. 아민-애폭시 수지부물 및 블록화된 교차결합제로 이루어진 최소한 하나의 층을 포함하는 초벌 피복층을 음극 전해 석출법으로 전도성 기저물상에 석출한 후 이것을 경화시켜 견고하며 내구성의 막으로 형성시키고, b. 착색된 막형성 기초 피복제로 이루어진 최소한 하나의 층을 포함하는 제2의 피복층을 초벌피복층상에 석출하고, c. 투명하며 막을 형성하는 상부피복제로 이루어진 최소한 하나의 층을 포함하는 제3의 최외곽 피복층을 제2의 피복층상에 석출한 후 기초피복층과 상부피복층을 경화시킴으로 이루어진 다수 피복층 계통의 최외곽 피복층의 황화를 방지하기 위한 방법.
- 초벌 피복제가 최소한 6개의 탄소원자를 갖는 지방족 폴리이소시안에이트, 최소한 6개의 탄소원자를 갖는 지방족 폴리이소시안에이트의 이소시아누레이트, 174이상의 분자량을 갖는 방향족 폴리이소시안에이트 및 174이상의 분자량을 갖는 방향족 디이소시안에이트의 이소시아누레이트로 구성되는 기로부터 선택되어 블록화제에 의해 블록화된 최소한 하나의 교차결합제를 함유하는, a. 아민-에폭시수지부가물 및 블록화되 교차 결합제로 이루어진 최소한 하나의 층을 포함하는 초벌피복층을 음극 전해 석출법으로 전도성 기저물상에 석출한 후 경화시켜 견고하고 내구성의 막으로 형성시키고, b. 착색된 막형성 상부피복층으로 이루어진 최소한 하나의 층을 포함하는 제2의 피복층을 초벌피복층상에 석출한 후 이 상부 피복층을 경화시킴을 포함하는 다수 피복층 계통의 최외곽 피복층의 황화를 방지하기 위한 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 블록화제는 알콜, 글리콜, 에테르, 아미드, 옥심 및 페놀로 구성되는 기로부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 블록화제는 알콜, 글리콜, 에테르, 아미드, 옥심 및 페놀로 구성되는 기로부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항의 방법으로 피복된 피복기저물.
