Claims (15)
- 활성수소함유 화합물 및 블록이소시아네이트를 함유하는 도료용 수지조성물에 있어서, (1) 상기 활성 수소함유 화합물이 (a) 폴리올(A) 100중량부 및, (b) 폴리아민 화합물(B) 1중량부~30중량부로 이루어지고, 또한 (2)블록이소시아네이트(C)가, 유효이소시아네이트기를 1~15중량% 함유하고, 또한 (3) 폴리올(A)속의 히드록실기와, 폴리아민화합물(B)속의 1급 및/또는 2급 아미노기의 합계량과, 유효 이소시아네이트기와의 당량비로 {(A) + (B)} : (C) = 50:100~100:50의 비율로, 블록이소시아네이트(C)를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내치핑성도료용 수지조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 폴리올(A)의 히드록실가가 30~300KOHmg/g인 내치핑성도료용 수지 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 폴리올(A)의 히드록실가가, 50~200KDHmg/g인 내치핑성도료용 수지 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 폴리올(A)이 폴리에테르 폴리올 및/또는 폴리에스테르 폴리올인 내치핑성도료용 수지 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 폴리아민 화합물(B)이 폴리올(A) 100중량부에 대해서, 3~15중량부의 비율로 함유하는 내치핑성도료용 수지 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 펄리아민화합물(B)이, 일급 및/또는 2급의 지방족 및/또는 방향족 폴리아민화합물, 폴리아미드폴리아민, 케티민화합물, 에나민화합물, 또는 아민과 에폭시수지의 아덕트체인 내치핑성도료용 수지조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 블록이소시아네이트(C)를, 폴리올(A)속의 히드록실기와, 폴리아민 화합물(B)속의 1급 및/또는 2급 아미노기의 합계량과, 유효이소시아네이트기와의 당량비[[(A+B):C]로, 70:100~100:70의 비율로 함유하는 내치핑성도료용 수지조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 블록이소시아네이트(C)가, 유효이소시아네이트기를, 3~12중량% 함유하는 내치핑성도료용 수지조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 블록이소시아네이트(C)가, 지방족, 지환족 또는 방향족의 폴리 이소시아네이트, 이들 폴리이소시아네이트의 뷰렛변성체 또는 이소시아누레이트 변성체, 이들 폴리 이소시아네이트의 중합체 또는 다가 알코올의 부가물인 폴리이소시아네이트류와 블록화제로부터 얻게되는 블록 이소시아네이트인 내치핑성도료용 수지조성물.
- 제 9항에 있어서, 블록화제가, 지방족 또는 지환족 알코올류, 페놀류, 옥심류, 락탐류, 말론산 디에스테르류 또는 아세토아세트산 에스테르인 내치핑성도료용 수지조성물.
- 제 9항에 있어서, 블록화제가, 메틸에틸케토옥심, 메틸이소부틸케토 옥심, ε-카프로락탐인 내치핑성도료용 수지조성물.
- 무기안료, 유기안료, 유기금속, 제 3급 아민류, 유기산 및 벤질클로라이드로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 1개의 물질과, 특허청구의 범위 제 1항 기재의 수지조성물을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내치핑성도료 조성물.
- 특허청구의 범위 제12항에 기재된 내치핑성도료 조성물을 도포한후, 베이킹하므로서, 두께 약 100㎛이상의 도막을 형성하는 내치핑성도막의 형성방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 도막의 두께가 약 200㎛ 이상인 내치핑성도막의 형성방법.
- 제13하아에 있어서, 베이킹온도가 약 120℃ 이상 약 200℃ 이하인 내치핑성도막의 형성방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
