Abstract
Description
Invenţia se referă la construcţie, în special la panouri de cofraj fix şi dispozitive pentru producerea acestora. The invention relates to construction, in particular to fixed formwork panels and devices for their production.
Este cunoscut un panou de perete de cofraj fix din material termoizolant spumant, pe suprafaţa căruia sunt executate adâncituri pentru instalarea punţilor de conexiune ale pieselor înglobate, având concomitent funcţia de distanţier între panouri şi îmbinările acestora [1]. A fixed formwork wall panel made of foamed thermal insulation material is known, on the surface of which recesses are made for the installation of connection bridges of embedded parts, simultaneously having the function of a spacer between the panels and their joints [1].
Dezavantajul panoului cunoscut constă în aceea că adânciturile pentru instalarea punţilor de conexiune ale pieselor înglobate sunt executate aproape de suprafaţa internă a panoului şi, drept consecinţă, în urma presiunii betonului asupra suprafeţei interne a panoului la turnare se poate produce ruperea acestuia. Se mai cunoaşte un panou de cofraj fix, cel mai apropiat de esenţa prezentei invenţii, care conţine o placă din material termoizolant spumant, în care sunt executate caneluri pentru instalarea pieselor înglobate, fiecare din ele incluzând o punte de conexiune şi două plăci, instalate din ambele părţi ale punţii de conexiune perpendicular axei acesteia [2]. Panoul de cofraj fix conţine o placă 1 din material termoizolant spumant, în care sunt executate caneluri 2 pentru instalarea pieselor înglobate, fiecare din ele incluzând o punte de conexiune 3. Pe suprafaţa laterală exterioară a plăcii 1 sunt executate adâncituri 4 pentru adâncirea plăcilor 5 ale piesei înglobate, instalate din ambele părţi ale punţii de conexiune 3 perpendicular axei acesteia.
