Abstract

The invention relates to the construction, in particular to permanent shuttering panels and devices for their production.The permanent shuttering panel comprises a plate (1) of heat-insulating foamed material, in which are made slots (2) for setting of embedded items, each of which includes a jumper and two plates, mounted on both sides of the jumper perpendicularly to its axis. On the side outer surface of the plate (1) are made recesses (4) for the deepening of the embedded item plates.The device for the production of permanent shuttering panel contains a plate (1) orientation table, vertical filaments and a rest. The device further comprises U-shaped filaments, mounted on the table in front of the vertical filaments. The distance from the U-shaped filaments to the vertical filaments corresponds to the distance b from the lower rib of the embedded item jumper to the lower rib of the embedded item plate, the length of the horizontal part of the U-shaped filaments corresponds to the length l of the plates of the embedded items, and the height of the vertical part of the U-shaped filaments corresponds to the thickness h of the plates of the embedded items.

Panoul de cofraj fix conţine o placă 1 din material termoizolant spumant, în care sunt executate caneluri 2 pentru instalarea pieselor înglobate, fiecare din ele incluzând o punte de conexiune 3.
