Abstract

FIELD: land-based construction, particularly to erect reinforced concrete building walls with the use of retained form.
SUBSTANCE: assembly comprises two opposite panels formed of porous material and connected with each other by at least one bridge. The panels form space defined by inner panel surfaces. Each bridge is sectional and comprises core part and at least two extreme parts. One end of each extreme part is connected with one core part end. Another end of each extreme part is provided with elongated member, which extends from inner panel surface to opposite outer panel surface inside panel body and terminates with fixing means. The fixing means secures extreme part of bridge to panel. Outer surface of at least one of two panels is provided with facing. Elongated member of extreme bridge part passes beyond outer surface of above panel. The fixing means is made as a grid or mesh, which is opposite to outer panel surface and spaced from the surface. The grid or mesh may be directly located on outer panel surface. The fixing means is connected to elongated member ends extending beyond outer panel surface and is embedded in facing layer.
EFFECT: increased strength of the assembly and reduced labor inputs due to above assembly usage.

Description

The invention relates to land construction, namely to the construction of reinforced concrete walls using fixed formwork.

A known block design for fixed formwork, designed for the construction of walls (US Patent No. 6401419, class E 04 B, publ. 06/22/2000) [1]. The design contains two opposed panels of heat-insulating material, which are connected by jumpers.

This well-known design requires the use of powerful lifting means for mounting panels.

In addition, this design has a relatively low reliability of the attachment points of the jumpers to the panels.

The closest analogue of the invention is the known block for fixed formwork, containing two opposed plates made of porous material, fastened by at least one jumper and forming between them a space bounded by the inner surfaces of the plates, each jumper is collapsible and consists of an average parts and at least two extreme parts, one of the ends of each of the extreme parts is connected to one of the ends of the middle part of the jumper, and the second end is provided elongated the second element, which passes in the body of the plate in the direction from its inner surface to its opposite outer surface and ends with a device for fixing it relative to the plate (US Patent No. 6363683, CL E 04 B 1/16, publ. 02.04.2004) [2 ].

However, this block for fixed formwork does not provide sufficient reliability for fastening jumpers and fastening layers of lining to the plates. The erection of the wall and finishing work in the case of using such blocks are carried out with increased labor costs.

The technical result achieved by the implementation of the present invention is to increase the strength of the block and reduce labor costs when using it.

The specified technical result is achieved by the fact that in the block for fixed formwork containing two opposite plates made of porous material, fastened by at least one jumper and forming between themselves a space bounded by the inner surfaces of the plates, each jumper is collapsible and consists of the middle part and at least two extreme parts, one of the ends of each of the extreme parts is connected to one of the ends of the middle part of the jumper, and the second end is provided with an elongated element, which the second one extends in the body of the plate in the direction from its inner surface to its opposite outer surface and ends with a device for fixing it relative to the plate, a distinctive feature is that the outer surface of at least one of the two plates is covered with a cladding layer, an elongated element of the extreme part lintels protrude beyond the outer surface of this plate, and said fixture is molded in the cladding layer.

Roughnesses, protrusions and / or recesses may be made on the surface of said fixture.

These protrusions and / or recesses made on the surface of said device may have roughnesses, additional protrusions and / or recesses on their surface.

Said device can be made in the form of a plate, which is located opposite at a distance from the outer surface of the plate or is located directly on its outer surface and is attached to an elongated element protruding beyond the outer surface of the plate.

The aforementioned device can be made in the form of a lattice or mesh, which is located opposite at a distance from the outer surface of the plate or is located directly on its outer surface and attached to the ends of elongated elements protruding beyond the outer surface of the plate.

On the end surfaces of the slabs, protrusions and / or recesses can be made for contact with mating recesses and protrusions made on the end surfaces of adjacent formwork blocks.

On the end surfaces of the cladding layers, protrusions and / or recesses may be provided for contacting mating recesses and protrusions made on the end surfaces of the cladding layers of adjacent formwork blocks.

On the elongated elements of the extreme parts of the lintels, additional fixation devices can be made located on the inner surfaces of the plates.

Roughnesses, protrusions and / or recesses may be made on the outer surfaces of the plates.

Holes may be formed at the joined ends of the middle part and the extreme parts of the jumper. In this case, the connection of the middle part of the jumper with its extreme parts includes a connecting element installed in these holes.

The connecting element installed in the holes made at the ends of the middle part of the jumper and its extreme parts can be made in the form of a rod.

At least one of the ends of the rod connecting the middle part of the jumper with its extreme parts may protrude above the end surfaces of the plates to be able to connect with elements of adjacent formwork blocks.

As shown in figures 1 and 2, the structure of the fixed formwork block includes two opposed plates 1 made of porous material. The plates 1 are fastened by one or more jumpers 2, each of which is collapsible and consists of a middle part 3 and at least two extreme parts 4. One of the ends of each of the extreme parts 4 of the jumper 2 is connected to one of the ends of the middle part of the jumper 2 and the other end of the end part 4 of the jumper 2 is provided with an elongated element 5. The elongated element 5 extends in the body of the plate 1 in the direction from its inner surface 6 to its opposite outer surface 7 and ends with a device 8 for fixing the elongated element that 5 with respect to the plate 1 (hereinafter, the terms “inner surface” and “outer surface” indicate the location of these surfaces relative to the block.) The outer surface 7 of at least one of the two plates 1 constituting the block is covered with a cladding layer 9. The elongated element 5 of the outer part 4 of the jumper 2 extends beyond the outer surface 7 of this (i.e., cladding) plate 1, and said device 8 is molded in the cladding layer 9.

As the material of the plates 1 can be used, for example, polystyrene foam. For the manufacture of parts 3 and 4 of the jumper 2 can be used, for example, polypropylene.

On the surface of the device 8, which serves to fix the elongated element 5, in the particular case of the invention, roughnesses, protrusions 10 and / or recesses 11 can be made (see figure 3). The protrusions 10 and the recesses 11, in turn, may have roughnesses, additional protrusions 12 and additional recesses 13 on their surfaces (see FIG. 4).

In the particular case, the device 8 for fixing the elongated element 5 can be made in the form of a plate 14 located either opposite to the plate 1 at a distance from its outer surface, or directly on the outer surface 7 of the plate 1. The plate 14 is attached to the elongated element 5, which extends beyond the outer surface 7 of the plate 1 (see figure 5).

In the particular case of the invention, the device 8 for fixing the elongated element 5 can be made in the form of a lattice 15 or a grid located either opposite the plate 1 at a distance from its outer surface or directly on the outer surface of the plate 1. The lattice 15 (or grid) is attached to the end of each of the elongated elements 5, protruding beyond the outer surface 7 of the plate 1 (see Fig.6).

On the end surfaces of the plates 1, protrusions 16 and / or recesses 17 can be made for contact with mating recesses and / or protrusions made on the end surfaces of adjacent formwork blocks. On the end surfaces of the cladding layers 9, protrusions and / or recesses may be provided for contact with mating protrusions and recesses made on the end surfaces of the cladding layers of adjacent formwork blocks (see Fig. 7).

On the elongated element 5 of the extreme part 4 of the jumper 2, an additional device 18 can be made for fixing this device relative to the plate 1. The device 18 is located on the inner surface 6 of the plate 1 (see Fig. 8).

On the outer surface 7 of the plate 1, roughnesses, protrusions 19 and / or recesses 20 can be made (see Fig. 9).

In the particular case of the invention, holes can be made at the connected ends of the middle part 3 and the extreme parts 4 of the jumper 2, and the connection of the middle part of the jumper with its extreme parts in this case includes a connecting element in the form, for example, of a rod 21 installed in the said holes. At the same time, at least one of the ends of the rod 21 can protrude above the end surface of the plate 1 to be able to connect with elements of adjacent blocks of the formwork (see figure 10).

Block fixed formwork is made as follows.

Parts 3 and 4 of the jumpers 2 are manufactured under industrial conditions by casting or plastic deformation. In parallel, in the conditions of production, plates 1 are made by molding from porous materials. In this case, the extreme parts 4 of the jumpers 2 are partially molded into the body of the plates 1. In case the surface 7 is intended for applying the cladding layer 9, the elongated element 5 protrudes above the outer surface 7 of the plate 1. Then, the cladding layer 9 is applied to this surface 7 of the plate 1 Plates 1 with the extreme parts 4 of the jumpers 2 partially formed in them and the middle parts of the 3 jumpers 2 are delivered to the construction site.

The final manufacturing operations of the block are reduced to the installation of plates 1 with inner surfaces 6 to each other, followed by fastening of the middle parts 3 of the jumpers 2 with their extreme parts 4. These operations can be performed either directly at the installation site of the block with adjacent formwork blocks, or near the formwork to be installed, followed by feeding the assembled unit to the place of its installation in the formwork.

The presence of a layer 9 of the cladding on the outer surfaces of the 7 plates 1 simplifies the work of decorating the walls of the building. In this case, the devices 8 and additional devices 18 for fixing the elongated elements 5 of the extreme parts 4 of the jumpers 2 provide reliable fastening of the cladding layer on the outer surface 7 of the plates 1.

The presence of roughnesses, protrusions 10 and / or recesses 11 on the fixtures 8 for fixing, as well as the presence of roughnesses, additional protrusions 12 and / or additional recesses 13 on the protrusions 10 themselves and the recesses 11, further strengthens the connection of the cladding layers 9 with the plates 1. This technical result is further enhanced by the implementation of the fixture 8 for fixing in the form of plates 14 or gratings 15 attached to elongated elements 5 of the extreme parts 4 of the jumpers 2.

The protrusions 16 and the recesses 17, made on the end faces of the slabs 1, as well as the protrusions 22 and the recesses 23 on the end surfaces of the cladding layers 9 prevent block shifts in the formwork during concrete pouring.

The implementation of the roughness, protrusions 19 and / or recesses 20 on the outer surfaces 7 of the plates 1 further enhances the adhesion of the layers 9 of the cladding with the plates 1.

Using when connecting parts 3 and 4 of the jumper 2 of the rods 21, the ends of which protrude above the end surfaces of the plates 1, allows to increase the strength of the connection of the block with adjacent blocks of the formwork.

The above positive properties indicate the achievement of a technical effect from the implementation of the invention, because this increases the strength of fastening jumpers and layers of lining to the plates and, due to the reduction in the amount of finishing work, reduces the labor costs for the construction of the wall.

Claims (10)

1. Block for fixed formwork, containing two opposed plates made of porous material, fastened by at least one jumper and forming a space between them, bounded by the inner surfaces of the plates, each jumper is collapsible and consists of a middle part and at least of two extreme parts, one of the ends of each of the extreme parts is connected to one of the ends of the middle part of the jumper, and the second end is provided with an elongated element that extends in the body of the plate in the direction from its inner surface to its opposite outer surface and ends with a device for fixing it relative to the plate, characterized in that the outer surface of at least one of the two plates is covered with a cladding layer, an elongated element of the extreme part of the bridge extends beyond the outer surface of this plate, and the aforementioned the device is made in the form of a lattice or mesh, which is located opposite at a distance from the outer surface of the plate or is located directly on its outer surface and is attached to the ends of the elongated elements protruding beyond the outer surface of the plate, and the specified device is molded in the cladding layer.
